Une excellente manière d’établir un réseau et d'améliorer ses connaissances sur M&D est de participer aux évènements de M&D. Dans cette section, l'ICMD a regroupé tous les évènements en lien avec M&D qui se passent à l'échelle mondiale afin que la Communauté M4D soit informée des évènements, y compris ceux de l'ICMD.

Free online course on the human rights of refugees offered by Amnesty International. The course teaches skills such as how to explain and defend the rights of refugees, how to challenge misconceptions and discriminatory attitudes towards refugees and asylum aeekers and what the role of governments is in preventing human rights violations against refugees. The course will be delivered in English, French and Spanish.

In 2015, more than one million migrants and refugees crossed into Europe. Conflict in Syria, ongoing violence in Iraq and Afghanistan, poverty in Kosovo and abuses in Eritrea led and still lead people via Turkey and Albania to the EU, seeking a better life and new perspectives. Applications for asylum reached enormous numbers with 1,321,560 million, about four times higher than in 2014.

While more than 3% of Africa’s population have migrated internationally (about 31 million people), the theme stems from the recognition of the central role of migration as an important enabler for inclusive and sustainable development.

El Centro Internacional de Formación de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (ICF-OIT) organizará un curso de formación en español sobre el tema del “Trabajo decente para los trabajadores domésticos” del 17 al 21 de Octubre de 2016, en Turín, Italia. 

El objetivo de este curso es de abordar los mayores problemas que enfrentan los trabajadores domésticos: la falta de reconocimiento del valor económico y social del trabajo doméstico y la alta precariedad de estos trabajdores.
