Within the framework of the MDG-F programme “Youth, Employment & Migration”, the UNDP and the Tunisian Ministry of Employment are seeking an expert or a consulting company to design and implement a pilot project on promotion of Social Services and a Mechanism of Conditional Cash Transfers. We are very much interested in the international experience and expertise on neighborhood social services.
